Do we have to pay for the whole year of preventative maintenance upfront?
No, you have the option of paying half of the total cost each visit (½ due at the Spring check and ½ at the fall check).
Do I have to have a preventative maintenance twice a year?
No, but we do recommend that you have it twice a year for two (2) reasons. First reason – It is always best to have your system(s) serviced just before high times of use (when your system runs the hardest) so having a well-tuned machine prepares it for the peak season. Second reason – You get more value for your money with a semi-annual visit. The better an HVAC system is maintained, the more likely you are going to get the appropriate life cycle from the equipment.
Is it necessary to have a preventative maintenance?
