What is the Preferred Customer Plan?

  • The Preferred Customer Plan is designed to do a preventive maintenance inspection.

What services are included with the Preferred Customer Plan?

  • We provide the following preventive maintenance for all brands of heating and air conditioning units.
    • Furnaces
      • Clean burners.
      • Inspect flue, inducer motor, heat exchanger, blower motor and wheel, safety switches, filter(s), and ductwork.
      • Perform CO 2 test and check thermostat calibration.
      • Replace batteries in digital thermostats.
      • Check for gas leaks.
    • Heat Pumps
      • Rinse (with water) outdoor coil and check Freon charge.
      • Inspect disconnect box, contactor, filter(s), ductwork, evaporator coil, blower motor and wheel.
      • Test capacitors, oil motors, and defrost board.
      • Check amp draw on compressor, fan motor, and auxiliary heaters.
      • Clear drain lines.
    • Air Conditioner
      • Rinse (with water) outdoor coil and check Freon charge.
      • Test capacitors and oil motors.
      • Inspect contactor and disconnect box, evaporator coil, filter(s) ductwork, blower motor and wheel.
      • Check amp draw on compressor and fan motor.
      • Clear drain lines.
  • You will be given priority scheduling when there is a problem with your equipment.
  • You will also receive a 10% discount on parts (not labor) for any repairs that may be needed to have your equipment back up and running.

How often are the inspections done?

  • Inspections are scheduled two times a year by Authorized Heating & Air office staff and are usually done in the Spring and Fall.

How much is the Preferred Customer Plan?

  • We offer two options for the Preferred Customer Plan. Both are listed below including pricing.
    • Two Inspections per year (Spring & Fall)
      • 1 system- $199.00
      • 2 systems- $259.00
      • 3 systems- $319.00
      • $60.00 each additional system
    • One Inspection per year to be done either Spring or Fall (customer's choice)
      • 1 system- $139.00
      • 2 systems-$219.00
      • 3 systems-$299.00
      • $80.00 each additional system
